Weekend Reflections

my first contribution to James Weekend Reflections challenge. all we have to do is post a photo taken by us that contains a visual reflection. this exercise runs Friday 11:00am EST through Sunday 11:59pm every week. since this is my Favorite Photo of the Week I'm also joining Misty's amazing Contest with it. this photo is featured at The Album in For The Love Of Blogs, and Kate's little somethings as well :)

awww... what a great surprise to have all your lovely comments first thing in the morning! thank you so much :)

@Ms.Becky I already knew and like your blog (love your 57 things list, I might copy it one day. it's hard to write 41 things about me too)

@Justine and @Rachel, so good to have you here! your opinion means a lot to me :)

@mom, I knew you would love this one he he he.

So sparkling! :) Makes me think of my childhood which was absolutely awesome. My grandmother lives at the Belgian Coast and we spent a lot of holidays there; building castles, selling handmade flowers, watching people, swimming in the sea, eating lots of ice cream :)
Btw: would you like this challenge? http://www.mcpactions.com/blog/2011/07/20/abc-project-for-photographers-a-creative-photo-challenge/ I am trying to be back at my 'estudio' today ;)

it will be great to have you back :) your childhood sounds a lot like mine! my grandmother lived in Lisbon but there was a lot of ice cream involved and I used to spend the Summer with my parents and sisters camping at the beach for a whole month :)

@cococita, love the challenge you share. thank you for thinking of me :) a few days ago I thought about taking some shots at the cemetery but then I was shy, here people talk a lot. my lense don't allow me to stand very far from what I want to photograph but I might do it one of these days ;)
