Great shots! We have a medieval fair here in Maryland, too. It really is amazing how you can feel transported back in time!

Fun to see a fair from another part of the world! Looks like fun :) (and, the smoking lady totally made me laugh!)

it's always a thrill to see people in costumes. and I love garlands :) the medieval tournament was pretty fun. there was a little boy that was really living it and the actors went along. we have a few medieval fairs around the country and an islamic festival and it's totally like travelling in time. glad you liked it :)

That is so cool. There was once a festival like this every year where I grew up & all my friends would participate. Really fun!

Looks like a lot of sun. I went to a Renaissance Faire once without knowing what I was in for. Sure wished I had dressed for the occasion. I just finished watching "The Tudors" on Netflix. The costumes were beautiful.

hi Cheryl :) they had this costumes for sale. I could have bought myself a medieval dress but I just dreamed about it. maybe another time.

I love it! It looks like so much fun! I remember going to a medieval fair when I was on my Germany exchange in highschool and it was so ridiculous and awesome! I remember that a group of friends tried to cook chicken on a spit too far above a fire but since it didn't work, we sat around drinking wine late into the night. haha.

that sounds like fun too :) haha
