my mother survival kit

my mother lives in pain. I'm not hypocrite, it is a bit exhausting listen to her complaining all the time, every day, but it is certainly worst to live in her body. most of the time she is in pain. her bones ache, her head ache. she seems to have arthritis and we don't know if she have rheumatism but the truth is the last few days she can't barely walk without taking high doses of Brufen and I'm worried she take too much and there is nothing I can do to lighten her pain!

What Deb said, but also remember to take time for yourself. When you are helping take care of someone else, no matter how much you love them, there are times when you feel worn out...both body and soul.

It's normal for this to happen so don't get upset with yourself when it does; just do something nice for yourself or take some time away and see how much better you feel. =)

Pain is sometimes so cruel. Hope your mother feels better already.
